The care and attention we give to every detail to make your stay safe and comfortable, is also reflected in the safety measures we have adopted during this period of a health emergency.
The space in our B&B guarantees very high safety conditions as it is completely reserved for you, there is no opportunity for contact with other guests.
Your contact with us, the managers, is limited to welcoming you when you arrive, to give you all the information you need to best live in the house and thecity, and then when you depart. It is your decision should you want to contact us for any additional assistance during your stay.
During short contact periods with our guests, we respect a distance of one meter and wear FFP2 masks (equivalent to N95).
To guarantee maximum serenity, rooms are aired for several hours between one customer and the next and they are cleaned according to the requirements defined by the regional directives. When cleaning, we always wear masks, gloves, and disposable cleaning cloths.
Laundry is washed, decontaminated, and sanitized according to current regional regulations.
Dishes are washed in a dishwasher at a temperature above 70 °C.
The doorknobs and window handles, switches, taps, and furnishings are also carefully disinfected.
You can enjoy your breakfast comfortably because, as required by the current regulations, during this period we offer a wide selection of pre-packaged products that guarantee maximum safety.
At the entrance, you will find hand sanitizer that you can use during your stay or when returning home.
We sincerely hope that the health emergency has returned to normal but, in the event of new sudden restrictions, contact us and we will find a solution together.
